In 1924, Captain E.T. Knight towed a barge
to a small island off Lighthouse Point
in Pompano Beach, Florida.
On this barge he built the original
Caps' Restaurant,
which is still open today and has over the years
served such famous people as
F.D. Roosevelt, Winston Churchill,
the Duke of Windsor,
and numerous other celebrities.
Cap's great-grandchildren are carrying on the
Knight family tradition of gourmet dining on
recipes that go back for more than 80 years.
Cap's Restaurant opened
in 1980 in St. Augustine, Fl.
The Knight family welcomes you to dine with them
at the latest Knight tradition...
